C.R. Salmon has completed twelve years as a sales associate, specializing in residential and rural land sales in southwest Denton County.....Argyle, Justin, Northlake, and Ponder.
During his first complete year he was named "Rookie of the Year". In 1997 he was
named Top Producer for Gross Commissions, and #1 in Total Units Closed, and his peers named him Agents Agent in 1997. In 2003 C.R. completed his certification for Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
In 2002 he closed over 55 units and was the top listing agent for Judge Fite, Denton. He recieved Top Units Listed and Top Units Closed in 2006.
In 2005 and 2006 he closed 60 units and received the prestigious centurion award.
C.R. is a native of Denton County and was raised on a small farm at Argyle, Texas. He holds B.S., M.Ed, and a Ed.D degrees from Texas A&M University. The degrees were in agriculture, secondary education and adult education.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
C.R. Spent 27 years as an educator and administrator with the Agriculture Extension Service. He trained County Extension Agents and volunteers in adult education strategies for 15 years. He was the Director of the Kansas 4-H Youth Program for 12 years. He took advantage of the USDA's early retirement, so he and his wife could return to Texas...... to care for their aging mothers.
OTHER QUALIFYING FACTORS
While with the United States Department of Agriculture, C.R. relocated his family five times, selling five houses and purchasing six houses ( including one new construction). He has been active in managing his family's real estate assets and minimizing taxes.
